Don't plug in the blender until _after_ all the ingredients are in it.

I would have taken a picture of the results of my folly, but it included red Kool-Aid, and I was afraid it would stain everything.:(

I was dumping ice from the bag into the blender, which already contained the Kool-Aid mixture. The ice bag bumped against one of the buttons, and you can imagine the rest.
